In practice for more than 30 years, he pulls from his experience in business, trusts and estates, and entrepreneurship to ensure his clients’ needs are met. He maintains affiliation with the Fairfield County Regional Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the Darien Kiwanis Club.

Mr. Reilly first attended Union College, receiving a Bachelor of Arts in 1977. He continued his education at the esteemed Fordham University, earning a JD in 1984. After earning a JD, Mr. Reilly went into practice as an associate with McAnerney & Millar. He provided his services at this firm from 1984 to 1988. He then joined Jackson & Nash in New York City until 1991, and returned to working in Connecticut as a member of Bentley, Mosher & Babson, Professional Corporation. In the 1990s, Mr. Reilly became a partner at Pierson, Reilly & Seeley and then joined as counsel of Rucci, Burnham, Carta & Edelberg, LLP. He became partner of the firm in 2004. Mr. Reilly is admitted to practice through the Supreme Court Bar, the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York, the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut, the New York State Bar Association and the Connecticut Bar Association.

Mr. Reilly’s interest in law began before attending law school, but he had originally intended to pursue law on the political side. After graduating, his interests shifted upon going into practice with a family law firm. He credits his success in this venture due to the close relationship he forms with his clients.

Mr. Reilly considers one of his top career highlights has been receiving the Pro Bono Award for 10 years of pro bono family law representation from the Connecticut Bar Association. He has also received honors from Super Lawyers, the Connecticut Council of Family Service Agencies, the Connecticut Chapter of the Fordham Law Alumni Association and Martindale-Hubbell.
