Prior to his position as partner at the firm, he served as an associate from 1979 to 1987. The first two years of his career was spent as a law clerk for the US District Court. In addition, Mr. Schuck has participated in the Ohio Bench Bar Conference and been involved with the Glenmoor Justice Institute, the Judicial Conference of the Sixth Circuit, the Scottish Rite Valley Cincinnati Foundation, the Ohio Masonic Home among many other career-related endeavors.
Mr. Schuck was first set on path in law at DePauw University, earning a Bachelor of Arts in 1972. He earned a Master of Arts at the University of Kent in the UK in 1974 and returned to the states to receive a JD from Harvard University in 1976. In his career, he has maintained professional affiliation with the Federal Bar Association, the US Rowing Association, the Harvard Club of Cincinnati, Phi Beta Kappa, Delta Chi, Phi Eta Sigma, Sigma Delta Chi and the Founders of Cincinnati among many other organizations. He was a graduate fellow of Rotary International Foundation from 1972 to 1973 and has authored numerous works in professional journals. Furthermore, Mr. Schuck is the author of the Federal Employment Litigation Practice Guide, Aids and the Law and Inside the Minds: Strategies for Employment Litigation.
