Gary Walk, Partner at Ciklin Lubitz, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Lawyers for dedication, achievements, and leadership in real estate, business and corporate law.
Mr. Walk has amassed more than 40 years of legal experience, and currently holds a position as a partner at Ciklin Lubitz, where he has worked since 1999. Early in his career, from 1977 to 1989, he garnered experience as an associate at both Reed Smith Shaw & McClay and Berkman Ruslander Pohl Lieber & Engel, and later as a partner at Baskin Flaherty Elliott & Mannino. From there, Mr. Walk began serving as assistant general counsel and the vice president of the Ocwen Financial Corporation in West Palm Beach, Florida, where he remained until 1993. He started as of counsel with Lewis Vegosen Rosenbach & Silber, rising to the rank of a partner with the firm before leaving to begin his career at Ciklin Lubitz.
As a board certified real estate lawyer by the Florida Bar, Mr. Walk has had his writing published in the Florida Bar Journal. In 1977, he was licensed to practice law by the Pennsylvania Bar Association, and in 1990, he was licensed to practice law in the state of Florida. He is a member of the Palm Beach County Bar Association, and has contributed as the president of both the Palm Beach Roadrunners and the Palm Beach County Regional Office. Mr. Walk was attracted to this career because of his interest in working with people to solve problems—he finds litigation to be destructive, whereas he sees real estate law as constructive. As a testament to his high standards of personal integrity and legal excellence, he has achieved an esteemed AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell. In his free time, he enjoys running, and has completed more than 25 marathons in his life, including running the Boston Marathon for 15 years in a row.
